Features

Digital Control System
Capacity control of the compressor is regulated by the Intellisys microprocessor controller and an electric stepper motor. Since there are no pressure switches to drift and very few moving parts, the SSR can maintain plant air pressure without constant maintenance.
Higher Ambient Rating
The SSR operates easily in ambient temperatures up to 115° F (46° C), even the motor. This means fewer nuisance shutdowns due to summer heat or dirty coolers.
Advanced Airend Design
At the heart of the SSR is our time-proven drive system. This integral gear arrangement is known throughout the industry for its trouble-free operation with minimal maintenance.
SSR UltraCoolant
Designed specifically for rotary screw air compressors, UltraCoolant minimizes maintenance costs by maximizing the time between changes: 8,000 hours or 2 years.
