The hi-dust filter system can improve coolant, coolant filter and separator element life, as well as reduce airend and overall machine wear. Rated average filter efficiency is 99.7% on Standardized Fine Air Cleaner Test Dust, effective to 3 microns. Ingersoll-Rand offers a range of high dust filter field installation kits for a variety of rotary machines – covering current production units, and all previous units for 125 HP and above.
